The central plains has a long history with profound culture, and the rich cultural resources have attracted a lot of for-eign friends. In the process of cultural transmission, film and television works is an ideal communication carrier, among which, anime and comic works, as the lively contents suitable for both the young and the old, plays an indispensable role in the commu-nication among different cultures. Selecting the domestic anima-tion"Little Cherry"as the research object, breaking the previous descriptive study, this paper explored workable strategies of cul-tural foreign translation, provided materials and assistance for the actual translation work, which are of great referential significance to the foreign translation of cartoons in future and the promotion of the central plains culture.%中原历史悠久，文化源远流长，丰富的文化资源吸引着很多国外友人。在文化传播过程中，影视作品是一种理想的传播载体；其中动漫作品因为内容活泼，老少皆宜，在不同文化的交流过程中起着不容忽视的重要作用。本文选取国产动漫《小樱桃》为研究对象，打破以往的描述性研究，探讨具备可操作性的文化外译策略，为实际的翻译工作提供素材和帮助，对今后国产动画片的外译有着极大的借鉴意义，使更多扎根河南的动漫形象能够完成辅助中原文化“走出去”的重大任务。
