论民办高校政治辅导员的专业素养提升

摘要

民办高校政治辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量，是民办高等教育事业持续健康发展的有力保证。针对新时期民办高校及其学生的特点，政治辅导员必须从思想政治、道德素质、专业知识和科研等方面提升自身的专业素养，民办高校也要完善辅导员的选拔、培训、考核和晋升等制度，共同推进辅导员队伍建设，实现民办高校人才培养目标。%The political instructors of private colleges are the main force for the ideological and political education of college stu-dents, ensuring sustained and healthy development of college ed-ucation. For the new characteristics of colleges and students, po-litical instructors must improve their capabilities from the ideo-logical, political, moral, professional and scientific research while colleges should improve their systems in selection, training, eval-uation and promotion, etc. so as to jointly promote the instructors' team building and achieve the cultivating objectives of colleges.
