夯实园本教研，促进幼儿园发展

摘要

Kindergarten-based teaching research is an important strategy of improving kindergarten teachers' quality and promot-ing kindergarten development. Under the guidance of the peo-ple-oriented management idea, kindergarten administrator should attach importance to the development of both teachers and children, and starting from establishing the work system of kindergarten-based teaching research and standardizing the management of kindergarten-based teaching research, pursues the effectiveness of routine teaching research and enhance the quality of kindergarten-based teaching research. Kindergarten administrators have guided kindergarten teachers to continuously improve the ideas of education and the level of education and teaching management, which have promoted the comprehensive development of the kindergarten work.%园本教研是当前幼儿园提高教师素质、促进幼儿园发展的重要策略。在以人为本管理思想的引领下，幼儿园管理者将教师发展、幼儿的发展放在重要地位，从健全园本教研工作制度，规范园本教研的管理入手；追求日常教研活动的实效性，夯实园本教研的质量。有效引领着幼儿园不断提升办学理念，不断提高教育教学与管理水平，促进了幼儿园的各项工作得到了全面良性发展。
