制度伦理：关于学校行政管理改革的理性思考

摘要

本文立足我国学校行政管理的现实，从制度伦理的视角分析了目前我国学校行政管理中存在的诸多问题，在此基础上，本文提出了在制度伦理视野下我国学校行政管理改革的建议。%Based on the reality of administration in our schools, this article attempts to analyze practical problems of the current administration in schools from the perspective of institution ethics. And on this basis, we propose some administration reform proposals in the vision of institution ethics.
