“卓越计划”下地方院校工程教育培养模式改革的探讨

本文在充分理解“卓越工程师教育培养计划”的人才培养目标及内涵的基础上，分析了高校传统工科人才培养模式的弊端，探讨了适应“卓越计划”人才培养目标的工科教育培养模式改革方案和措施，主要集中在拓展实践教学环节、提高教师实践素质、改革人才培养模式等方面。%In the full understanding of the basic objectives and contents of"Excellent Engineer Training Program (EETP)", the drawbacks of traditional engineer's training program mode in col-leges and universities were analyzed, and the reform scheme and measures adapt to the training objective of EETP were discussed. And the countermeasures were mainly concentrated in the link-age of development of practice teaching, improvement of teachers' practical ability, reformation of the talent training mode, and so on.
