卓越计划背景下的物流工程专业人才培养模式改革

摘要

以郑州航空工业管理学院为例,对卓越计划背景下的物流工程专业人才培养模式进行了一定的探索,通过改革专业课程体系、转变教学方式、加强校企联合培养等手段,促使学生综合能力的提升,从而实现对卓越物流工程师的有效培养.%In this paper, in the case of Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics, we explored the talent cultivation mode of the logistics engineering specialty of the university under the Excellence Program and then by means of reforming the specialty curricular system, transforming teaching methods and reinforcing school-enterprise joint cultivation, etc., proposed to improve the comprehensive competence of the students, thus fulfilling the demand of the Excellence Program on the logistics engineering talents cultivated.
