浅谈心理资本在高校学生管理中的运用

摘要

高校学生数量不断增加，大学生就业形势严峻，学生承受的压力也越来越大，各种因素势必会对高校学生管理工作提出更高的要求，而本文根据“以人为本”的教育理念，将近年来在管理学和心理学中被证明有较强正向作用的心理资本引入到高校学生管理工作中，探讨如何通过更积极的方式去引导、培养学生，并由此提出相关的管理建议。%The population of university students is continuously increasing, resulting in the severe situation of university students' employment and higher and higher pressure on them, which in-evitably propose higher requirements for university student man-agement. In accordance with the people-oriented education con-cept, this paper introduced psychological capital, originated from the science of management and psychology, to university student management, as it has been proved to have strong positive effect. It also explored how to guide and cultivate students through more active styles, and put forward corresponding suggestions on man-agement.
