The present invention relates to a service terminal for evaluating positive psychological capital and a system thereof. More specifically, a user can measure the degree of positive psychological capital through the daily measurement of four items which are self-efficacy, hope, optimism, and resiliency, thereby providing a way to reinforce the positive psychological capital. In addition, the positive psychological capital measured during a preset period can be cumulatively transmitted to a specialist. An expert can provide a more specific and suitable way to reinforce the positive psychological capital. The service system includes a service providing server, a user terminal, and an administrator terminal.
