以需要为基点浅谈如何激励学生干部

摘要

Student cadres are important assistants and reliable force for college Youth Leag ue work,and the link and bridge be-tween college Youth League organizations and students, as well as the key object of college education. With student cadres as the ob-ject, based on their needs, guided by the content-based incentive theory and Alderfer's needs theory, this paper discussed how to stimulate student cadres, so as to give better play to their subjectivity and promote the boom of the education work of the Youth League.%学生干部是高校共青团工作的重要臂膀和依靠力量，是高校党团组织联系学生的桥梁和纽带，也是高校育人工作的重点对象。本文以学生干部为本，以学生干部需要为基点，以内容型激励理论和奥尔德弗的ERG需要理论为指导，思考研究如何激励学生干部，以便更好地发挥学生干部的主观能动性，促进共青团育人工作蓬勃发展。
