论新建本科院校创新人才培养的困境与出路--来自宁波诺丁汉大学的启示

摘要

In the post-popularization era of higher education, the cultivation of innovative talents is the fundamental task of educa-tion, as well as the inevitable choice of newly-established under-graduate universities to serve regional economy and realize het-erogeneous development. Based on analyzing the predicaments of innovative talent cultivation in newly-established undergraduate universities, this paper proposes the reference to the successful experience of talent cultivation in China-Foreign cooperative u-niversities from medium and microcosmic levels, thereby explor-ing effective approaches for innovative talent cultivation in new-ly-established undergraduate universities.%高等教育后大众化时期，创新人才培养是教育的根本任务，也是新建本科院校服务区域经济、实现异质发展的必然选择。文章在剖析新建本科院校创新人才培养困境的基础上，提出从中、微观层面，借鉴中外合作大学人才培养的成功经验，探索新建本科院校创新人才培养的有效途径。
