新形势下高校师德建设的理论与实践

摘要

University teachers' moral construction is the key to train high-quality teacher teams and cultivate excellent talents for the new century.This paper elaborated the importance of university teachers' moral construction in the new situation,ana lyzed problems in the current teachers' moral construction,and proposed ways of strengthening teachers' moral construction.%高校师德建设是造就高素质教师队伍，培养新世纪优秀人才的关键。本文论述了新形势下高校师德建设的重要性，分析了当前师德建设中存在的问题，提出了加强师德建设的路径。
