职业院校学生创业能力培养研究

摘要

近年来大学生创业问题越来越受社会的关注。一方面大学生属于高知识人群，背负着一定的社会期望；另一方面，创业也成为破解大学生就业难题的有效途径，尤其是职业院校。本文通过对本地4所职业院校500名学生创业能力现状的调查研究，分析职业院校学生创业能力现状以及学生创业存在的问题，探析学生创业能力开发与培养的有效途径。%In recent years, more and more attention is given to college students' entrepreneurship by the society. On one hand, college students belong to the high-knowledge group with certain social expectations;on the other hand, entrepreneurship has be-come an effective way to solve the problem of college students' employment, especially for vocational colleges. Through an in-vestigation on the current status of 500 students' entrepreneurial ability in 4 local vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the pre-sent situation of vocational college students' entrepreneurial abil-ity and the problems of their entrepreneurship,and explores ef-fective ways to develop and cultivate students' entrepreneurial a-bility.
