试析人际吸引在思想政治教育中的作用

摘要

Interpersonal attraction plays an invisible role in teacher-student relationship in ideological and political educa-tion. Whether an educator have interpersonal attractiveness and the strength of the attractiveness has a direct influence on the ef-fect of education. Meanwhile, the interpersonal attractiveness of educators is influenced by various factors in education. Therefore, educators should emphasize and enhance the interpersonal rela-tionship with the educated in order to improve the interpersonal attractiveness of them.%思想政治教育过程中人际吸引在师生关系中发挥着无形的力量.教育者是否具有人际吸引力,其人际吸引力的大小,对教育效果的好坏有直接影响.同时,教育者在教育过程中,人际吸引力受诸多因素影响.因此,重视并加强与教育对象的交往以便于提高教育者对教育对象的人际吸引力.
