2014年度全国高校毕业生人数达727万人次,相比2013年的699万毕业生增长了28万人次,不断增长的高校毕业生已经成为近年来需要解决就业岗位的首要考虑因素,大学生就业难问题再一次凸显,一方面影响了高等教育持续、健康、稳定的发展,另一方面也影响社会的稳定与人才强国战略的实施,受到越来越广泛的关注.如何全面提升高等学校人才培养质量,健全学生素质能力培养平台,增强学生就业能力,促进学生全面发展,具有重要的研究意义.%In 2014, China had 7.27 million college graduates, and the number was 6.99 million in 2013. So it increased by 0.28 million. In recent years, the growing college graduates have be-come a priority in solving employment problem. Thus, college students' employment problem becomes prominent again. On one hand, it influences the sustainable, healthy and stable develop-ment of higher education. On the other hand, it affects social sta-bility and the implementation of the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development. Therefore, it has been attracting more and more attentions. In this connection, it is of great importance to study how to improve the quality of talent cultivation in higher institutions, and how to improve the stu-dents' quality&competence training platform, enhance students' employment competitiveness, and promote students' comprehen-sive development.
