以人为本视阈下学生参与高校管理的探究分析

摘要

学生参与高校管理是教育教学改革的方向.目前我国高校管理存在一定的缺陷,影响了高等院校的发展.以人为本的视阈下,提倡学生参与到高校管理中来,有利于高校的改革、学生的成长、综合性人才的培养.高校教育改革应改变传统管理理念,充分体现以人为本的管理理念,突出学生的主体地位.%Students' participation in the management of colleges and universities is the direction of education and teaching reform. The management of colleges and universities in China has certain defects which affect the development of colleges and universities. To advocate students' participation in the management of colleges and universities under the people-oriented perspective is advan-tageous to the reform of colleges and universities, the growth of students, and the cultivation of comprehensive talents. Education reform in colleges and universities should change the traditional management ideas, fully embody the people-oriented manage-ment concept, and highlight the subject status of students.
