野生药材资源保护法制建设中少数民族习惯法的整合研究

摘要

多年来，野生药材资源保护法律制度建设不断推进，制定法地位不断增强。但在广大少数民族聚居地区，习惯法仍在诸多领域发挥重要作用，其悠久的生态保护文化与具体规范，对野生药材资源保护意义重大。在我国野生药材资源保护法制建设中必须充分整合少数民族习惯法的力量，挖掘其生态保护内涵，在立法、执法层面进行相应吸收利用。%For years, the legal system construction for the protec-tion of wild medicinal resources is advancing, and the status of statutory laws is continuously enhanced. In the vast minority na-tionality regions, customary laws still play an important role in many fields, and their time-honored ecological protection culture and specific regulations are of great significance for the protection of wild medicinal resources. In the legal system construction for the protection of wild medicinal resources in China, we must fully integrate the power of minority nationalities' customary laws, de-velop their connotation of ecological protection, and learn from them in legislation and law enforcement.
