试论青少年赛艇运动员的有氧训练

             

摘要

有氧运动能力是赛艇训练的基础,本文通过文献资料分析及实践摸索,对青少年赛艇运动员的有氧训练提出一些理论方法,以备在今后的训练当中参考.结果表明:能量供应的特点、青少年全面身体素质训练和专项技术相结合的原则是确定训练方法的关键.而训练方法和手段的多样化原则是青少年赛艇运动员有氧训练的关键.%Aerobic exercise capacity is the basis of rowing train-ing. The writer puts forward some methods to youth rowing ath-letes' aerobic training on the basis of literature analysis and prac-tice as reference for future training. The result shows that the en-ergy supply characteristics and the combination of their compre-hensive physical quality training and specific skills are the keys to determine the training methods. And the diversification of the training methods and means is the key to youth rowing athletes' aerobic training.
