高校辅导员开展职业指导工作途径探析

面对严峻的就业形势，有效地开展高校职业指导工作是增加大学生就业竞争力的途径之一。本文在论述高校辅导员开展大学生职业指导工作的优势条件和制约因素的基础上，积极探索高校辅导员开展职业指导工作的有效途径，对于促进大学生就业具有重要意义。%Facing the severe employment situation, the effective implementation of college career guidance is a way to enhance college students' employment competitiveness. Based on elabo-rating the advantages and restraining factors of college coun-selors' implementation of career guidance for college students, this paper actively explores effective ways for college counselors' implementation of career guidance, which is of great significance for college students' employment.
