化工类高职院校外聘教师管理研究

摘要

The part-time teacher is the requirement of Ministry of Education for the construction of national exemplary (backbone) higher vocational colleges, as well as an important part of teach-ing staff in higher vocational colleges of chemical engineering, so part-time teachers are of great significance to the development of higher vocational colleges of chemical engineering. In view of the difficulties in the employment and management of part-time teachers, corresponding measures are put forward from establish-ing the advanced concept of employment, regulating employment procedures, striving for social participation, actively constructing and planning, and paying attention to humanistic care, etc.%外聘教师是教育部对国家示范性（骨干）高等职业院校建设的要求，同时也是化工类高职院校师资队伍的重要组成部分，对化工类高职院校的发展具有重要意义。本文针对外聘教师管理中出现的聘用难、管理难等问题，从建立先进的聘任理念、规范聘任程序、力求社会参与、积极建设规划和注重人文关怀等方面提出相应措施。
