“食品标准与法规”课程教学改革初探

摘要

本文从教学内容、教学手段、课程考核体系三方面阐述了“食品标准与法规”课程教学改革，并结合教学实际，介绍了案例教学、探究式教学、实践性教学、多媒体教学等教学方法在课程教学改革中的应用。%Three aspects including teaching content, teaching methods and curriculum assessment system were elaborated in the teaching reform of "Food Standards and Laws". Combined with the teaching practice, the application of some teaching methods such as case teaching, inquiry teaching, practical teach-ing and multimedia teaching in the course teaching reform was introduced.
