山东科技大学校田径队跳跃项目核心力量训练应用研究

         

摘要

运动员的初级、中级训练阶段,教练员在进行力量训练时容易忽视核心力量训练,从而导致了许多跳跃项目运动员在协同肌与对抗肌的协调配合过程中,肌肉紧张与放松交替机制不顺畅;在跳远、三级跳远练习中,垂直轴上的肌肉紧张度不够,身体结构的稳定性不好,矢状面上的重心轨迹直线性不好,影响了成绩的提高。核心力量训练能够提高跳远、三级跳远的速度利用率,保证三级跳远三跳轨迹的直线性,最终提高跳远、三级跳远成绩。%In primary and secondary stages of training, athletes are prone to the ignorance of core strength training when imple-menting strength training, leading to many jump athletes' sluggish alternation of muscle tension and relaxation in the coordination between cooperative muscle and antagonistic muscle; in the ex-ercises of long jump and triple jump, the muscle tension on the vertical axis is not enough, and the stability of their body struc-ture is not good, and the linearity of the track of center of gravity on the vertical plane is not good, thus affecting the improvement of performance. Core strength training can improve the speed uti-lization ratio in long jump and triple jump, and ensure the linear-ity of the three jumps in triple jump, thereby improving the per-formance of long jump and triple jump.
