浅谈高校行政管理在校园文化建设中的作用

摘要

With China's economic development and improvement of the level of science and technology, people's ideology is gradu-ally changing, including campus culture which is also advancing with the times in order to help universities develop steadily in the fierce competition. To construct and improve campus culture in the university education environment, the role of administrators should be played, as they are the pivotal force for campus culture construction. If they fail to fully play their role, the construction of the campus culture is difficult to achieve, therefore, it is impera-tive to strengthen and improve the overall quality and manage-ment level of administrators.%随着我国经济的发展以及科学技术水平的提高，人们的思想意识逐渐发生变化，同样作为意识规范的校园文化也会与时俱进，从而帮助高校在激烈竞争的潮流下稳步前行。为了使得校园文化建设在高校教育环境中得以建设与完善，则需要发挥行政管理工作人员的职能作用，这是因为其是校园文化建设的中坚力量，如果行政管理工作人员未能充分发挥其职能作用，则校园文化的建设难以实现，因此，提高与改进行政管理工作人员的综合素质及管理水平势在必行。
