Currently, the number of university graduates is con-tinuously increasing, making their difficult employment a com-mon phenomenon. To this end, we must enhance the cultivation of applied talents, and improve university students' en-trepreneurial and practical ability through constructing an inno-vation and entrepreneurship education system. In university stu-dents' entrepreneurship, innovation is their driving force and source, so university administrators must pay attention to the cul-tivation of university students' innovative thinking, and properly combine innovation with entrepreneurship education, so as to lay a solid foundation for university students' independent en-trepreneurship. This paper first specifies the connotation of inno-vation and entrepreneurship education, and then focuses on the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education system in practice teaching.%当前，我国高校毕业生的数量不断增加，就业难成为一个普遍的现象。对此，必须加强高校应用型人才的培养，通过构建创新创业教育体系，提高大学生创业实践能力。在大学生创业过程中，创新是其动力与源泉，因此高校必须重视大学生创新思维的培养，将创新和创业教育进行合理的结合，从而为大学生的自主创业奠定坚实的基础。本文首先对创新创业教育这一概念进行了具体的论述，其后重点探讨了实践教学中创新创业教育体系构建。
