班级建设的新思路--班级微博

摘要

To enhance communication and promote understand-ing is the basis and support for counselors' implementation of class work. To use microblog, a style which students are willing to accept, to conduct class construction, can well gather class ener-gies, and expand the channel for counselor-student communica-tion. This paper explores a new idea of class construction from the functions of class microblog and how to construct class microblog.%加强沟通，增进认识，是辅导员开展班级工作的基础和支撑。运用微博这种学生乐于接受的媒介方式来进行班级建设，能够较好地凝聚班级活力，拓展辅导员和学生的沟通渠道。本文从班级微博的功能、如何建设班级微博两方面探索班级建设的新思路。
