应用型高校毕业生面向中小微型企业就业现状及对策研究--以淮南师范学院化学与化工系为例

Facing severe employment situation, the school-run-ning orientation should be oriented by social demand and cou-pled with the market. Medium, small and micro enterprises pro-vide a lot of employment opportunities for application-oriented college graduates. However, application-oriented college gradu-ates are lack of accurate localization, and these enterprises are long plagued by a lack of talents. This article carries out a thor-ough discussion on"talent shortage"and"difficult employment", and puts forward effective measures.%面对严峻的就业形势，应用型高校的办学定位应当以社会需求为导向，主动与市场接轨，中小微型企业给应用型高校毕业生提供了很多就业机会。然而，当前应用型高校毕业生对自我缺乏准确定位，中小微型企业也长期受人才匮乏的困扰。文章就“人才荒”与“就业难”的“两难”现实状况进行深入的探讨，并提出合理有效的应对措施。
