论高校教师的教育教学修养

摘要

本文针对高校教师肩负的重任和职业要求,结合当前形势及自身的教育教学实践,对地方高校教师在新形势下必备的综合素质进行了多方面的探究.%In view of the important tasks shouldered by college teachers and their occupational requirement, combined with the current situation and the writer's own teaching practice, this pa-per made an exploration on the necessary qualities of college teachers in the new situation from multiple aspects.
