河北省女大学生创业意识调查及其培养策略

摘要

In recent years, university students' difficult employ-ment has become an indisputable fact. In particular, the plight of female university students' employment is also worsen year by year. Our team selected 400 university students from over 10 in-stitutions of higher learning in Hebei Province to carry out the survey on the present situation of university students' en-trepreneurial awareness, comprehensively summarized the cur-rent status of female university students' entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial awareness, researched the level and characteris-tics of female university students entrepreneurial consciousness, and found the bottleneck restricting the current female university students' entrepreneurship. The conclusion of the research can provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the govern-ment's formulation of policies on university students' en-trepreneurship and universities' implementation of entrepreneur-ship education among university students, and besides, it can also make the whole society understand, support and encourage fe-male university students' entrepreneurship, thus establishing a good space and social supporting system for the realization of their entrepreneurship.%近年来，大学生就业难已成为不争的事实，特别是女大学生就业的困境也逐年凸显出来。课题组抽取河北省10余所高等学校的400名大学生开展大学生创业意识现状调查，全面总结当前女大学生创业及创业意识的现状，研究女大学生创业意识的水平及特点，并发现制约当前女大学生创业的瓶颈。研究结论对政府制定大学生创业政策、高校开展大学生创业教育提供理论依据和实际指导，同时对全社会了解和支持、鼓励女大学生创业，给她们营造良好的实现空间和社会支持体系具有帮助作用。
