培养高职学生良好就业心理的对策研究

     

摘要

高职学生在校的三年,是从学生向职场新人逐步转变的过程,也是就业心理状态逐步形成、调试、适应的过程。在激烈的就业竞争中,自我与理想职业之间的冲突时有发生。学校与教师应形成教育合力,分阶段进行个性化的就业心理指导,并通过有效的校企合作和社会实践,让学生对未来的职业方向有侧重、有选择,减少心理落差,建立起稳定的就业心理基础。%For most polytechnic college students, they attempt to change from common students to workplace freshmen. In this process, they face greater psychology pressure of employment. They have to adapt and adjust. In the course of competitive em-ployment, conflict exists between self-awareness and ideal pro-fessions. Educators should join together and give instruction from three kinds of cognition processes. Based on the effective univer-sity-industry cooperation and social practice, students will re-duce the psychological gap and form stable employment psychol-ogy.
