高职学生就业心理及对策研究

摘要

As one of the main factors that affect the students' work in higher vocational colleges, psychological factors are becoming more and more important. The objective and correct treatment of psychological problems, not only helps to effectively solve the problem of employment of vocational college students, but also to their daily life and work is also very helpful. The investigation analysis and Countermeasures of the psychological problems of students in higher vocational colleges, is intended to enable students to face the psychological problems, to help students get a job successfully and to promote the healthy development of higher vocational education.%心理因素作为影响高职院校学生参加工作的主要因素之一，越来越引起当下研究者的重视。客观地正确对待心理问题，不仅有助于有效解决高职院校学生就业问题，同时对他们的日常生活与工作也很有助益。文章通过对高职院校学生的心理问题的调查分析及对策研究，意在使学生们正视存在的心理问题，帮助学生顺利就业并促进高职教育健康发展。
