高校班委选拔过程中选举冷漠现象及对策研究

摘要

Class committee, as the main body of class self-gov-ernment, is an effective guarantee for the daily learning and work in class. Therefore, the way to select class committee should be legal and reasonable. However, the phenomenon of indifferent voting in the process of selecting college class committee weakens the scientificalness of the election and reduces the efficiency of management and service. This paper is concerned with this phe-nomenon. It analyzes the cause and puts forward practical solu-tions from the college instructor's perspective.%班委作为班级自我管理的主体，是班级日常学习和工作的有效保障，选拔班委的方式必须具备合法性和合理性。但由于高校班委选拔过程中存在选举冷漠现象，损害了选举的科学性，降低了管理和服务效率。本文对高校班委选拔过程中选举冷漠现象进行探讨，分析形成原因，以高校辅导员为视角提出切实可行的解决对策。
