With the continuous deepening of China' reform and opening-up as well as the sustained progress of economic global-ization, China-Japan economic cooperation is increasingly fre-quent. The highly developed technology of Japan and the cheap labor resources and vast consumption market of China provide a prerequisite for the mutual development and cooperation between them. Generally, the demand for talents majoring in Japanese is still increasingly at present, but due to the fluctuation of political relation between the two countries as well as the large-scale en-rollment expansion in recent years, the employment situation of graduates majoring in Japanese is not optimistic. Exemplified by Qingdao Agricultural University, by tracking the career choices of recent years' graduates, this paper analyzes and explores career choices and places and other problems in their employment, and then discusses the coping strategies.%随着我国改革开放的不断深入以及经济全球化进程的持续推进，中日两国在经济领域的合作日渐频繁。日本高度发展的技术优势和中国相对廉价的劳动力资源以及广袤的消费市场，为两国实现互补的共同发展之路，提供了有力的合作前提。总体来看，目前对日语专业人才的需求仍呈现出不断扩大之势，然而由于受到中日两国政治关系波动以及前几年不断扩招的影响，日语专业学生的就业形势不容乐观。本文以青岛农业大学为例，通过追踪近几年学生的就业去向，分析、探讨了日语专业毕业生在就业方向、择业地区以及就业过程中所遇到的其他问题等，并深入探讨了应对之策。
