江西农村小学图书资源现状分析及建议

         

摘要

基础教育阶段是人一生阅读能力发展的基础和关键期,丰富的阅读材料是培养阅读能力最基本的保障,然而目前我国江西农村小学图书资源现状不容乐观。本文通过随机抽样在江西省抽取120所农村小学,对其图书资源的现状分析发现,江西农村小学存在藏书量不达标,缺少课外书,图书室不足,校际之间藏书量悬殊,配置不合理,开放率低,开放时间短等问题。对此,笔者建议提高教育工作者对基础教育阶段学生课外阅读重要性的认识;加大对农村小学图书室建设的经费和政策倾斜力度;改善管理及运营方式的建议,旨在优化配置资源,提高利用率,促进学生形成良好的阅读能力,缩小由图书资源不平等造成的人力资本积累差距,进而促进实现教育公平。%Basic education is the foundation and key period for the development of a person's reading ability, and rich reading materials are the basic conditions for reading ability cultivation, but the current situation of book resources for rural primary schools in Jiangxi is not optimistic. Through a sampling analysis on 120 rural primary schools in Jiangxi Province, this paper found some problems in their book resources, such as insufficient book resources, especially extracurricular books, a lack of read-ing rooms, irrational allocation of books among different schools, poor accessibility, and short opening hours. To solve the above problems, the writer proposes some suggestions:education work-ers should pay more attention to the importance of extracurricular reading in basic education; more funds and policies should be provided for the construction of reading rooms in rural primary schools;management and operation methods should be improved, aiming to optimize resources allocation, improve utilization, pro-mote students' formation of good reading abilities, shorten the gap among different schools, and ultimately promote education equity.
