回归家乡院从贺州学院毕业生就业地的变化看幼儿园教师地区流动问题

     

摘要

Recently, more and more kindergarten teachers, who had found their jobs in Guangdong and worked there for more than two years, come back to work in their hometown, Hezhou. To detect whether they are solely salary-motivated, this survey in-quired 62 kindergarten teachers who graduated from Hezhou U-niversity between 2007 and 2011 about the reason why they choose to stay in Guangdong or come back to work in their home-town. The result shows that the need of love and belonging is as important as salary in their choices. The implications for the poli-cies about kindergarten teacher and kindergarten management are discussed.%关于幼儿园教师流动问题的已有研究,通常对“流动”的教师群体不作详细区分,得出经济收入是教师流动的主要因素的结论,这忽略了不同年龄与教龄的教师群体在流动时有不同的动机。本研究对广西贺州学院2007至2011年毕业、初次就业在广东的62名幼儿园教师进行了调查,发现有很大一部分重返家乡工作,而归属与爱的需要在这种回归中是与经济收入同等重要的因素。这对地方政府的教师政策及幼儿园的管理有着重要的含义。
