“新生之友”寝室联系制度跟踪调查及对策研究

摘要

Since the exploration and implementation of the"tuto-rial system"in the westward school-running of Zhejiang Univer-sity, the "three-aspect comprehensive education" system has been increasingly improved. In August 2011, the dormitory con-tact system of"freshmen's friends"was proposed in Zhejiang U-niversity, which is another complement to the "three-aspect comprehensive education"system. In this paper,a questionnaire survey and in-depth interview was made on the specific imple-mentation of the system and teachers' and students' demands in their relationship. The result was then analyzed, and the future development of the system of"freshmen's friends"was explored, aiming to provide better approaches for the adaptability education of freshmen.%浙江大学在西迁办学中探索实施“导师制”至今，“三全育人”的工作体系日益完善。2011年8月，浙江大学“新生之友”寝室联系制度的提出是对“三全育人”体系的又一补充。本文中，对于该制度具体的实施情况以及师生在双向联系过程中的需求进行了问卷调查、深度访谈以及数据分析，并积极探索“新生之友”寝室联系制度的发展方向，为大学生新生的适应性教育提供更好的途径。
