对我国小学语文教师专业标准的思考

摘要

The professional standard of primary school Chinese teachers refers to the conditions and qualification primary school Chinese teachers should possess. The professional standard an-nounced by Ministry of Education in 2012 proposes 58 require-ments for primary school teachers from 13 fields in 3 dimensions. This standard is of great significance, but it is an overall standard applied to the entire primary school teachers, without specific ex-planations for teachers of different subjects. Taking primary school Chinese teachers as an example, this paper proposes some views on the formulation of a professional standard for primary school Chinese teachers.%小学语文教师的专业标准，是指作为小学语文教师应具备的条件与资格。2012年，我国教育部下发了《小学教师专业标准（试行）》（以下简称《标准》），从3个维度13个领域对小学教师提出了58条要求。《标准》的下发，不仅填补了我国关于小学教师专业标准文件的空白，而且为小学教师资格的确定、专业的发展提供了依据。但是，《标准》是从小学教师这一宏观群体出发，对小学教师提出总体要求，而对小学各学科教师特殊性的要求并没有具体阐述。所以，本文以小学语文教师为例，基于《标准》中的基本理念，从制定小学语文教师标准的必要性、基本特性、基本内容三方面出发，提出对制定小学语文教师专业标准的一些看法和思考。
