高职院校增添职业实用性体育教学的必要性分析

摘要

对于我国高等职业教育来说，普遍进行应用型人才建设，偏重于学生在学会相关的理论知识后能够更好地进行应用，因而普遍存在一定的职业性。但是经过相关研究表明，存在着不少的高职毕业生，在社会适应能力方面有所不足。所以实际进行体育课教学时，需要充分结合学生的实际情况，注重职业实用性，这样才能增强学生的体质，并且能够充分避免职业疾病，利用体育进行育人。本文探讨实用性体育究竟存在何种意义，力求能够促进体育教学不断创新。%The cultivation of applied talents is generally carried out in China's higher vocational education, emphasizing students' better application of relevant theory knowledge, so China's higher vocational education is occupational to a certain extent. But rele-vant studies show that a considerable number of higher vocational graduates are weak in social adaptability. Therefore, practical sports teaching should take students' practical situations into full consideration, and occupationally focus on practical teaching, so as to enhance students' physique in sports education and help them avoid occupational diseases. This paper explores the signif-icance of practical sports, striving to continuous reform sports teaching.
