本科涉外专业护生对基础医学课程设置的评价与分析

     

摘要

目的:通过对我校2011、2012、2013级本科涉外护理专业学生进行调查,了解本科护生对基础医学课程的评价与建议,分析存在的问题,为下一步更好地完善基础医学课程设置提供参考。方法:参考相关文献,自行设计调查问卷,对我校320名本科涉外护理专业学生进行调查,并对其中部分学生代表进行了访谈。结果:本科涉外护生对课程设置的满意度为86%;78.2%的学生认为学时数较合理,但应合理分配理论与实验的比例;95%以上的学生认为最重要的三门课是人体形态学、护用药理学、病理学;100%的学生认为课程衔接合理;学生普遍喜欢在实验室学习,认为老师在教学中应加强基础医学知识与护理的紧密联系,教材选择应突出护理特色,双语课程难度太大,在教材选择、教学方法上应注意改进。结论:本科涉外型护生对基础医学课程的设置总体情况较满意,但认为在理论实验学时数、教学方法、课程内容、教材选择等方面需要进一步完善,建议教育者进一步合理配置护理专业基础医学课程,完善基础医学教学,提高基础医学课程教学质量。%Objective: By investigating undergraduate foreign nursing students of Grade 2011, 2012 and 2013 in our college, we aims to learn about undergraduate nursing students’ evalu-ation and suggestions on basic medical science courses, analyze the existing problems, and provide references for further im-provement of medical science courses setting. Method: Referring to the relevant literature, we designed a questionnaire to inves-tigate 320 undergraduate students majoring in foreign nursing, and also interviewed some of them. Results: 86% of them are satisfied with the courses setting; 78.2% of them think that the learning periods are rational, but theories and experiments are disproportionate; over 95% of them think that the most important three courses are human morphology, pharmacology in nursing and pathobiology; 100% of them think that the courses are well organized; students generally like to learn in laborato-ries, thinking that bilingual courses are excessively difficult, and teachers should enhance the connection between basic medical knowledge and nursing and improve textbook se-lection and teaching methods based on the characteristics of nursing. Conclusion: Undergraduate foreign nursing students are generally satisfied with the setting of basic medical sci-ence courses, but they think that further improvements should be made in experiment teaching period, teaching method, course content selection, and suggest that education workers should arrange the courses more rationally, optimize basic medical science teaching and improve the teaching quality of basic medical science courses.
