马克思交往理论对厘清高校行政管理人员角色错位的指导意义

由于岗位的特殊性以及服务对象的多样性，高校行政管理人员有时不能把自己摆在一个正确的位置，这往往会引起身心上的不适应、不协调，进而导致角色错位现象的产生。马克思交往理论是关于人的全面发展的理论，用马克思交往理论来引导高校行政管理人员树立正确的交往观念，摆正自身位置，避免角色错位现象的产生。%Because of their special posts and service object di-versity, sometimes administrators in higher educational insti-tutes can't put their role in the right place. This may give rise to their physical and psychological disorders, and then bring about role dislocation. Marx's communication theory is a theory of all-round human development, so we can use Marx's communication theory to help administrators in higher educational institutes to establish a correct communication concept and adjust their po-sition to avoid role dislocation.
