新自由主义教育观对我国基础教育改革的启示

The new liberalism outlook on education, widely prac-ticed in the West in 1980s, advocates the marketization, privati-zation and power decentralization of education to improve educa-tion quality and school-running efficiency. Under the back-ground of global competition and economic globalization and the transformation from planned economy to market economy, the current China's basic education reform is faced with the contra-diction between its own development and social demands, so the reform is not only an objective external demand, but also an im-portant choice for education development. The new liberalism outlook on education has provided some references for the reform of China's basic education.%新自由主义教育观是在教育领域以新自由主义的思想为指导，主张通过教育的市场化、私有化和分权制等措施提高教育的质量和办学效益的思想或观点。20世纪80年代，新自由主义的教育思想在西方进行了广泛的实践。中国的基础教育改革发生在全球竞争和经济全球化的背景下，从中央计划经济向市场经济的转变过程中，当前中国的基础教育改革面临教育的自身发展和社会的需要之间的矛盾，改革既是外界的客观要求，也是教育自身发展的重要选择。从新自由主义的教育观的指导思想中，为中国的基础教育改革提供了一些借鉴和思考。
