基于终身学习需求的微课程设计研究

摘要

The existing adult education curriculum system and curriculum resources do not well adapt to the needs of lifelong learning. From the point of view of the actual needs of learners, this paper puts forward a new direction for the construction of lifelong learning resources, and expounds the basic idea of design and the general process of development of micro curriculum.%本文通过分析现有的成人教育课程体系和课程资源，发现存在课程设置僵化、教育资源利用率低下的问题，不能很好地适应终身学习的需求。本文从学习者实际需求的角度出发，提出了终身学习资源建设的新方向，阐述了微课程设计和开发的基本理念、开发的一般流程，为微课程如何更好地适应终身学习需求寻求启示。
