高职学生就业存在结构性过剩,自我定位偏颇,怕吃苦、频跳槽等现象。在分析高职学生就业竞争力提升制约因素的基础上,明确职业指导在促进高职学生积极就业中的作用,职业指导搭建了高职学生联系社会需求的桥梁,帮助学生分析就业形势,增强就业信心;帮助学生规划职业生涯,提升就业素养;帮助学生掌握就业信息,提供就业保障;帮助学生形成创业意识,推进创新创业。%There are some problems among higher vocational stu-dents, such as structural surplus, biased self-positioning, indo-lence and frequent job-hopping. Based on an analysis on factors restricting the improvement of higher vocational students' em-ployment competitiveness, this paper makes clear the role of ca-reer guidance in promoting higher vocational students' active em-ployment. Career guidance establishes a bridge between higher vocational students and social needs, helping them to analyze the employment situation and enhance their confidence in employ-ment;helping them to plan their careers and improve their quali-ty;helping them to grasp employment information and improve-ment employment guarantees;helping them form a consciousness of entrepreneurship and promote innovation and entrepreneur-ship.
