对于高职院校来说，培养学生的就业意识和就业能力至关重要，这主要是由高职院校的特点所决定的，高职院校在开展思想政治工作的过程中，必须以就业作为高职思想政治教育的重要职能之一，只有履行好这一职能，积极推动高职院校思想政治教学改革和创新，才能使高职院校思想政治教育焕发出新的生机与活力。本文从就业的角度对高职思想政治教学的职能问题进行了探讨，首先分析了“就业导向”下高职思想政治教育的职能；在此基础上分析了“就业导向”下高职思想政治教育存在的突出问题；最后就如何履行好“就业导向”下高职思想政治教育职能提出一些有针对性的解决对策，希望能够对改革和创新高职思想政治教育提供一些有益的参考。%It is crucial for higher vocational colleges to cultivate students' sense of employment and employability, which is mainly determined by the characteristics of higher vocational colleges. In higher vocational ideological and political work, employment must be regarded as an important function of higher vocational ideological and political education. Only by performing this func-tion well can we promote the reform and innovation of higher vo-cational ideological and political teaching and vitalize higher vo-cational ideological and political education. This paper explores the functions of higher vocational ideological and political teach-ing from the perspective of employment, first analyzing the func-tions of higher vocational ideological and political education ori-ented by employment, then analyzing the prominent problems of political education oriented by employment, and finally proposing some pertinent countermeasures on how to fulfill the functions of higher vocational ideological and political education oriented by employment. The writer hopes to provide some beneficial refer-ences for the reform and innovation of higher vocational ideologi-cal and political education.
