创新性人才的培养与实验教学改革的探索--兼论公共实验教学平台的建设

摘要

The traditional experimental teaching mode is not con-ducive to the cultivation of innovative talents, and the cultivation of innovative talents calls for the reform of the experimental teaching. Taking University of South China as an example, this paper shows that the construction of public experimental teaching platform is an important measure to promote the reform of tradi-tional experimental teaching and to promote the cultivation of in-novative talents.%传统实验教学模式不利于创新性人才的培养，创新性人才的培养呼唤高校实验教学的改革。以南华大学公共实验平台的建设为例说明公共实验平台的建设是推动传统实验教学改革和促进创新性人才培养的重要举措。
