随着国家"中国制造2025"战略的提出, 制造产业的高端化和智能化已成为新时代发展的潮流, 加快培养一批新工科高素质人才显得尤为重要.在界定新工科高素质人才概念和阐述培育新工科高素质人才意义的基础上, 研究分析目前我国在培养新工科高素质人才方面存在的主要问题, 创新性地提出要建立以培养人才信息素养为核心的人才培育模式, 同时针对如何建立这一模式提出相应的对策建议.%With the proposal of "Made in China 2025" strategy, high-end and intelligent manufacturing industry has become the development trend in the new era. It is extremely important to accelerate the cultivation of high-quality talents in new engineering. On the basis of defining the high-quality talent concept and elaborating the significance of cultivating high-quality talents of new engineering, this paper analyzes the leading problems of China in cultivating the high-quality talents of new engineering, proposes the talent cultivation mode with the core of cultivating the talent information quality, and comes up with corresponding countermeasures on how to establish such a model.
