经络刮疗联合甲氨蝶呤及羟氯喹治疗活动期类风湿关节炎临床观察

摘要

目的：观察经络刮疗对活动期类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将60例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组30例。对照组给予甲氨蝶呤+羟氯喹治疗；治疗组在对照组基础上配合经络刮疗。疗程均为3个月。观察两组晨僵时间、HAQ评分、DAS28评分。结果：两组均能缩短晨僵时间、降低HAQ评分，且治疗组优于对照组（P<0.05）。两组均能减少DAS28评分，但组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：对活动期类风湿关节炎患者，经络刮疗可改善晨僵症状及关节功能，提高生活质量。%Objective:To observe the clinical effect of meridian-collateral scraping therapy on active rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:60 cases with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,30 cases of each.The control group was treated with methotrexate and hydroxychloroquine; while the treatment group,based on the treatment of the control group,was treated with meridian-collateral scraping therapy.After a 3-month course of treatment,the time of morning stiffness,HAQ score and DAS28 score of the two groups were observed.Results:The time of morning stiffness of the two groups was shortened and the HAQ score was lowered,but the treatment group was better than the control group (P< 0.05).The DAS28 score of the two groups was reduced,there being no signiifcant differences between groups (P> 0.05).Conclusion:For patients with active rheumatoid arthritis,meridian-collateral scraping can improve the symptoms of morning stiffness,joint function and their life quality.
