多指标正交试验优选都江堰2号搽剂的提取工艺

摘要

目的 优化都江堰2号搽剂的提取工艺.方法 以乙醇浓度、提取次数、提取时间为考察因素, 采用梓醇、苦参碱和氧化苦参碱含量、干膏收率为综合评价指标, 进行正交试验.结果 都江堰2号搽剂的最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度为60％, 提取3次, 每次2 h, 在最佳提取工艺下, 搽剂中梓醇浓度为256.36μg/ml, 苦参碱和氧化苦参碱总浓度为209.48μg/ml, 干膏收率为51.56％.结论 通过多指标正交试验优选的提取工艺稳定可行.%Objective To optimize the extraction process of Dujiangyan Erhao liniment. Methods Orthogonal test is adopted to investigate effects of ethanol concentration, extraction times and extraction time by taking extraction amount of catalpol, matrine, oxymatrine and ratio of extraction as comprehensive evaluation indexes. Results The optimal process parameters are confirmed to be 60 ％ ethanol refluxing 2 h and three times.The concentration of catalpol is 256.36 μg/ml, the total concentration of matrine and oxymatrine is 209.48 μg/ml, and the ratio of extraction is 51.56 ％ at the optimum parameters. Conclusion The optimized extraction process by orthogonal experiment is stable and feasible.
