三氯化铝比色法测定中药中总黄酮含量的方法改进

摘要

Objective To determine the content of total flavonoids by improvement the method of AlCl3. Methods With rutin as reference material, to determine several falvonoids with typical structure by AlCl3 colorimetry. Results The optimum conditions of AlCl3 coiorimetry were follows as: 70% alcohol as solvent, adding 0.5 mL 0.1 mol/L AlCl3 solution to 1 mL 0.2 mg/mL sample solution, and color reaction 15 min at 20℃ ～30℃. Conclusion It is reasonable to determine the total flavonoids using 70% alcohol as solvent. The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and suitable for the quality control of total flavnoids.%目的 以改进三氯化铝(AlCO3)比色法测定中药中总黄酮的含量.方法 以芦丁为对照品,采用70%乙醇为溶剂,AlCl3比色法测定几类具典型结构的黄酮类含量的最佳条件.结果 最佳测定条件为:以70%乙醇为溶剂,1 mL 0.2 mg/mL样品液中加入0.5 mL 0.1 mol/L的AlCl3,20℃～30℃下显色15 min.结论 本法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于中药中总黄酮的含量测定.
