朱砂七及其提取物的抗炎作用研究

摘要

目的 观察朱砂七及其提取物的抗炎作用.方法 采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法、鸡蛋清致小鼠足跖肿胀法和醋酸致小鼠毛细血管通透性增高法制成炎症模型,观察朱砂七及朱砂七蒽醌对动物急性炎症的影响.结果 朱砂七及其蒽醌对急性炎症渗出及白细胞总数的升高均有一定的抑制作用.结论 朱砂七及朱砂七蒽醌具有较好的抗炎作用.%Objective To observe anti-inflammatory effects of Polygonum cillinerve(Nakai) Ohwi (PCO) and extract of PCO.Methods Ear oedema of mice caused by xylene, hind paw edema induced by egg-white in mice, capillary permeability increase induced by acetic acid in mice were used to be inflammatory model. Then to observe the effect of PCO and anthraquinone in PCO on acute inflammation. Results PCO and anthraquinone in PCO could not only inhibit the exudation of acute inflammation, but also inhibit the elevating of white blood cell. Conclusion PCO and anthraquinone in PCO have significant anti-inflammatory activity.
