白芍挥发油的GC-MS与直观推导式演进特征投影法分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the chemical constituents in volatile oil of Radix Paeoniae Alba. Methods Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS), heuristic evolving latent projections(HEIP)method, and overall volume integration methods were used.Results Thirty-two volatile chemical components in volatile oil of Radix Paeoniae Alba were separately determined qualitatively and quantitatively, accounting for 94.16% total contents of volatile oil of Radix Paeoniae Alba respectively. Conclusion The main volatile chemical components of Radix Paeoniae Alba are Palmitic acid, 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid, methyl ester and Sabinene.%目的 定性、定量分析紫苏叶的挥发油成分.方法 利用气相色谱-质谱法分离检测白芍的挥发油成分,再通过直观推导式演进特征投影(HELP)法对产生的二维色谱质谱数据进行解析,用质谱库结合保留时间进行定性,并采用总体积积分法定量.结果 分离得到46个组分峰,并对其中32个成分进行了定性定量分析,占挥发油总量的94.16％.结论 白芍挥发油的主要成分为棕榈酸、9,12-十八碳二烯酸、甲基酯和桧烯.
