高校实验室队伍面临的挑战及对策

摘要

Strengthening construction of lab technician team is an important issue for creating high-level universities and first-class discipline. This article analysed the challenges, status and problem of the agronomy college laboratory of the Northwest A & F University. The corresponding countermeasures were adopted, and the construction of lab technician team obtained initial success.%重视和加强实验队伍建设,是高校创建高水平大学和一流学科过程中亟待解决的重要课题.分析了西北农林科技大学农学院实验室面临的挑战、实验队伍的现状及问题.采取了相应对策,实验队伍建设初见成效.
